July 2022 is Coming: CalSavers and ERISA Basics for the Non-Benefits Lawyer
The 9th Circuit just upheld California's innovative mandatory retirement plan law as not preempted by ERISA. The mandate is now in place and extends to employers with as few as 5 employees in July 2022. This session will cover the new CalSavers requirements as well as ERISA basics for corporate and business lawyers, with an emphasis on small employers.
This program is approved for 1.00 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
Cancellations must be received in writing via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
