Through online tools, virtual assistants and other technology, governments increasingly rely on artificial intelligence to help the public understand and apply the law. Professor Joshua Blank's article offers one of the first critiques of these new systems of artificial intelligence.
Professor Sung Eun (Summer) Kim and UCI Law student Ann Huang present the current market and legislative trends in the electronic contracting market, the legal electronic contracting platforms, and Tabellion—a platform co-developed by UCI and Microsoft that can be used to form legal contracts securely on mobile devices—as a case study.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
