If bankruptcy is threatened or filed, what should you do? This program will identify and discuss the top issues that every corporate attorney should know about bankruptcy. The program will discuss the important key differences between bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy alternatives and how those differences impact creditor recoveries. In addition, the program will address steps you can take to protect your clients in a bankruptcy case and the litigation that may result from a bankruptcy filing, the defenses thereto, and practical tips you should know to minimize the risk of litigation.
