What Every Appellate Lawyer Should Know About Judicial Ethics
Justice Fybel has served as the Chair of the California Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Code of Judicial Ethics since 2004. He is a co-author of the treatise on judicial ethics entitled the California Judicial Conduct Handbook. Justice Fybel will discuss the California Code of Judicial Ethics, principles and rules of judicial ethics, common issues arising in cases pertaining to judicial ethics, and recent amendments to the Code.
This program is approved for 1.00 Legal Ethics CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
