Phyllis G. Pollack, Esq. is an established mediator who also lectures at USC’s Gould School of Law, teaching ADR ethics and co-teaching Employment Dispute Mediation. In this interactive presentation, Phyllis will explore various scenarios related to ethical issues in mediation settlements. This presentation is sure to foster engaging discussions and insight into ethical issues mediators may encounter with respect to settlements. This program will also provide an hour of legal ethics CLE.
This program is approved for 1.00 Legal Ethics CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
