Judge Goldberg will explain how, through his personal experience mediating cases, he developed the knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully mediate cases. He will share his insights into some of the techniques that he has found to be most useful for settling cases.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
