Remote Mediations: The Future is Here... There... and Everywhere
The panelists will share their experiences conducting remote mediations. Topics will include: the mechanics of remote mediations and mistakes to avoid, the pros and cons of remote mediation, the Central District remote program, the OCSC Temporary Judge MSC Program, and private mediation. The presentation will also include an interactive audience Q&A portion.
This program is approved for 1.0 CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
