A round table discussion of arbitrator ethics scenarios aimed at answering the following questions:
- Where do we draw the line between an arbitrator’s acceptable behavior and misbehavior?
- What are the standards for distinguishing “ethical” from “unethical” actions?
- Where is “the law” clear and where is it blurry?
- What recourse do parties have for redressing unethical or unacceptable arbitrator conduct?
This program is approved for 1.0 Legal Ethics CLE Credit. Attendees must have participated in the program in its entirety to receive MCLE credit.
