Negotiating the US Constitution
Distinguished Professor and Author Carrie Menkel-Meadow will discuss the multi-party multi-issue negotiations that created the American Constitution. Dr. Menkel-Meadow will talk about the processes used and analyze the historic events as related to current theories of negotiation.
