The Use of Mediation and Insurance in Construction and Other Disputes
This joint-section meeting will touch on issues affecting attorneys whose practices include insurance law, construction litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Topics include insurance coverage and disputes, the role of insurance in construction disputes, and mediation in both insurance and construction disputes, as well as relevant case law updates.
