Eldercaring Coordination: A New Dispute Resolution Process for Orange County Probate Courts

This interactive, workshop-style program covers the new and innovative dispute resolution program in Orange County for high-conflict probate cases involving the care and needs of elders: eldercaring coordination. Although the context is primarily eldercaring, the principles discussed will apply to a wide variety of conflict engagement professions who arbitrate, mediate, attend settlement conferences, and others seeking to expand their range of skills in successfully navigating higher conflict cases. This workshop distinguishes eldercaring coordination from mediation, and incorporates a training component for attendees to learn how to identify high-conflict cases and evaluate whether cases are appropriate for eldercaring coordination rather than, or in addition to, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Cancellations must be received via fax or email three (3) business days prior to meeting date to receive a refund.
