OCBA Member Volunteers and Judicial Officers are invited to a complimentary event to celebrate their dedicated efforts and community service throughout the year. A highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the Harmon G. Scoville Award to The Honorable Kirk H. Nakamura Presiding Judge, Orange County Superior Court.

The Scoville Award annually recognizes a member of the Orange County legal community whose career exemplifies the highest standards of the legal profession and who has contributed to the Orange County Bar Association and championed our constitutional system of justice.
