OCBA Tax Law Section
The Tax Law Section embraces all areas of Federal, State and local taxation. The Tax Law Section meets at least six times annually to discuss and hear from experienced speakers regarding tax law practice and procedures, matters of legislation, ethics matters pertaining to tax law. The Tax Law Section encourages the exchange of information and open dialogue among tax practitioners and conferring and maintaining professional relationships with Federal, State and local taxing agencies and their personnel.

Speakers include esteemed professionals from both the public and private sectors who are expert in certain areas of tax law and/or elected officials or appointees who set or implement the policies of the taxing agencies. Distinguished speakers featured by the Tax Law Section during 2008 include:
