The LRIS Mission

The mission of the Orange County Bar Association Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) is to assist the public in obtaining legal assistance, to provide information to the public regarding obtaining legal services, to improve the quality of legal services available to the public, and to provide legal services at an affordable cost. LRIS strives to provide quality legal assistance to the public by maintaining qualified attorneys in 35 areas of law.

The Lawyer Referral & Information Service provides bilingual services, meets American Bar Association (ABA) standards set forth for referral services and is certified by the State Bar of California, Certification #0033. The Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) assists thousands of callers annually by referring them to an attorney, agency or group that can best meet their legal need.
