OCBA Fast Fax Index
Many documents relating to the OCBA’s various services and programs are available 24 hours a day through the Fast Fax system. The index below is a partial listing of available documents. For a full Fast Fax index, please follow the directions below and select document #2001.To request a document from OCBA’s Fast Fax System:
- Call 949.440.6700 from your touchtone phone, anytime day or night
- Select option “4” to reach the Fast Fax System
- Request a specific document by selecting option “1” and entering the document number from the OCBA Fast Fax Index.
- Follow the voice prompts to enter your fax number, including area code, followed by the “#” key
