For example, an Ethics Seminar, Avoiding Improper Conflicts of Interest: Issue Spotting and Skills Training in Writing Conflicts Letters was approved for 3.0 hours of ethics credit. It featured Professor Keith Mohr of Western State University College of Law, and prominent local legal malpractice attorneys, Robert K. Sall and Sindee M. Smolowitz. Section meetings Over 20 different OCBA sections meet regularly to update members on developments in specific areas of law. Each section offers opportunities for professional growth, meeting colleagues and free CLE (for section members). Each audio recording is one hour in length and qualifies for 1.0 MCLE credit. Each tape is $25 for OCBA Members and $35 for non-members.
