On Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. signed into law Assembly Bill 2073, which authorizes the Orange County Superior Court to establish a pilot project that will require documents filed in all limited, unlimited, and complex civil actions on or after Jan. 1, 2013, to be filed electronically. This pilot project will commence on Jan. 1, 2013. Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association will be holding training sessions this fall at the Superior Court.
