Call for Nominations: 2013 OCWLA Board of Directors
The Orange County Women Lawyers Association is currently seeking candidates to run in its annual election for nine Director positions to serve one-year terms. Interested parties are asked to submit a short Candidate's Statement (required) and photo (optional). You should send your statement and photo to OCWLA Executive Director Amelia Montgomery via email at info@ocwla.org by the close of business on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012. The 2013 Slate of Directors and Officers will be presented to the OCWLA Board at the Sept. 26 Board Meeting.

The 2013 Slate of Officers and Directors will be introduced to the general membership at OCWLA's Attorney of the Year program at Tustin Ranch Golf Course on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012; candidates are encouraged to attend the event to give them an opportunity to "meet and greet" the voting membership.

Elections are held in November and will close and be tallied at the OCWLA monthly lunch meeting at Grand Catered Events in Orange on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012. Election results will be announced at the end of the lunch meeting. Installation of the 2013 Board of Officers and Directors will take place at the OCWLA Holiday Reception in December.
