OCBA Member Donald Morrow Joins JAMS

JAMS announced the addition of OCBA member Donald Morrow. He will be based in the JAMS Orange Resolution Center and serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes including Antitrust/Competition, Business/Commercial, Class Action/Mass Tort, Construction, Intellectual Property and Professional Liability.

Morrow brings more than 40 years of significant trial and litigation experience to his practice at JAMS. As an attorney and partner at Paul Hastings, his practice focused on complex commercial and class action litigation, and he tried more than 40 cases to judgment, both jury and non-jury. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. He regularly litigated cases in connection with technology and intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark claims. Additionally, he litigated many antitrust and unfair competition cases under both federal and state laws. Having tried extremely high profile cases, Mr. Morrow is experienced in handling the sensitive issues surrounding such cases.

Morrow received his B.A. from University of Southern California and his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law.
