The OCBA is pleased to share that members Katrina Foley, The Foley Group, PLC, and John Stephens, partner at Stephens Friedland LLP, were elected to the city council of Costa Mesa. Foley was appointed by the five-member city council as the new mayor of Costa Mesa. The new council members were sworn in on Tuesday, Dec. 13, to begin their four-year terms.
