Help local underprivileged kids have a fun and safe Halloween celebration! Volunteers will help set up, oversee, and cleanup spooktacular games and contests. This event is held in conjunction with the Children’s Bureau’s Young Professionals of Orange County (YPOC) and the Oak View Family Resource Center.
