The Orange County Bar Association is considering the formation of a section dedicated to the practice of criminal law. It is contemplated that the section would be open for both public and private attorneys—prosecutors and defense. OCBA members practicing in State and Federal Courts would be welcome to join. The section would provide a forum for open discussions, networking and regular MCLE programming.
