The Orange County Bar Association is considering the formation of a section dedicated to dealing primarily with conservatorship and guardianship issues involving both law and procedure, as well as the possible need for legislative action to address issues with no current resolution. It is contemplated that the section would be open for attorneys practicing in government offices and in private practice. The section would provide a forum to foster open discussions, networking, regular MCLE programming, and professional development.
