The panelists will address topics important to maintaining an attorney’s physical and mental wellbeing during times of extraordinary stress. Taly Harel-Marian will discuss positive psychology, including resilience and how to use it in your daily work. Marisa Commerford is an attorney and a yoga instructor who understands the physical toll that stress can take on attorneys. She will demonstrate yoga exercises that attorneys can use while at their desks. Brandon Loveladdy is a Reiki Master who will lead us through a short guided meditation.
