OCAABA has partnered with Elder Law & Disability Rights Center, People's Homeless Task Force Orange County, and LawWorks to create and pass out care packages/backpacks for the homeless that will include critically needed items.

Specific items are being requested through a Target Registry or Amazon Wish List. The OCAABA is also accepting gift cards, which will then be used to purchase needed items. A tax-deductible receipt will be provided by People's Homeless Task Force Orange County.

On February 29, there will be an OCAABA member event at LawWorks to assemble the care packages with a special presentation about the legal issues surrounding homelessness. Click here for the event flyer.
