Daniel Glassman Newly Appointed as OCBA MFA Committee Co-Chair

The OCBA is pleased to announce that member Daniel Glassman of Crowell & Moring has been newly appointed as co-chair of the OCBA Mandatory Fee Arbitration Committee (MFA). He fills the vacancy created by the appointment of Kimberly Knill as a California superior court judge. Glassman will serve with current MFA Co-chair Eric Blum.

The OCBA MFA Committee arbitrates disputes between attorneys and clients concerning the attorney’s fees and costs. The OCBA MFA Program conducts arbitrations as set forth in the Business and Professions Code § 6200-6206. An attorney/client fee dispute can be arbitrated by the OCBA MFA Program if the attorney has an office in Orange County, or a majority of the services were rendered in Orange County.
